Aeron Rook understands the realities of running and sustaining a business from every angle. Having worked in both retail and the fitness industry, and growing up in a family that owned retail and construction businesses, Aeron has lived the challenges and rewards that come with being a business owner.
Her perspective is also shaped by supporting her husband’s sole trader trade business, where she has seen firsthand the pressures of cash flow management and the weight of day-to-day operations. These experiences have fuelled her passion for helping small business owners simplify complexity.
