Your desk is a mess, your inbox is full, and your brain is running on caffeine. Let;s fix that. Here are 5 down-to-earth ways to tidy up your business (and your headspace) so you can get more done and feel better doing it.

1 - Tidy Up Your Processes

Look at where things get messy or repetitive (like invoicing or emails) and find a better way to make them smoother.  A bit of automation can save a heap of time.

2 - Plan Your day 

Start each day by picking your top 3-5 things to focus on.  It is easy to get caught up in busy work, so make sure you are spending time on what really matters.

3 - Get Help Where You Can

You don’t have to do it all.  Delegate jobs to your team or outsource things like bookkeeping or social media.  Focus on the stuff you are great at.

4 - Set Clear Goals

Know what you are working towards.  Set short term goals and check in regularly to see what is working and what is not.

5 - De-Clutter Your Space

A clean workspace (and computer) makes a big difference.  Take a few minutes each week to tidy things up - it helps you to think clearer
